• 45-Minute Yoga Flow: Start your day with a dynamic, heart-opening yoga flow that will stretch and strengthen your body while calming your mind. Perfect for all levels!
• Mindfulness & Meditation: Take a few moments to ground yourself with guided mindfulness and meditation practices. Clear your mind, centre your energy, and set your intentions for the day.
• Ice Baths: Challenge your body and refresh your spirit with an ice bath experience—designed to boost circulation, improve recovery, and increase mental resilience. It’s intense, but oh-so-rewarding!
• Connection & Community: Meet like-minded people who are on the same wellness journey. After the flow, stick around for a coffee catch-up where you can chat, connect, and make new friends in our vibrant wellness community.
