SUNDAY YOGA FLOW
Join Ella this coming Sunday morning for a 75-minute journey inward, building strength and mobility through a relaxing yet energising yoga practice.
This is your opportunity to reconnect with your body as we create a smooth sequence of foundational poses that will allow your body to re-centre. Throughout the entirety of this session you'll be guided through a number of poses; at times we'll focus on holding and deepening the stretch, while other parts we'll focus on seamlessly transitioning from one position to the next. This practice also cultivates a mindful meditation, deepening the connection to body, mind and breath, all whilst nurturing a feeling of awareness and presence.
What to Expect:
- Breath (Pranayama): Discover the transformative power of breath with simple techniques that enhance focus and intention.
- Postures (asana): Explore foundational yoga poses to help strengthen, stretch and align the body whilst calming the mind.
- Flow: With a solid foundation established, we’ll create a dynamic flow, with opportunities to hold and deepen certain poses to build heat and further awareness.
- Savasana: Experience the most vital part of our practice as we shift from “doing” to simply “being.” Embrace stillness in both body and mind.
When: This Sunday 22nd of December (7:15am - 8:30am)- please arrive by 7:10am
Location: The Loft Collaborative, Somerton Park
Who: Anyone who feels they need to slow down before Christmas time.
We also welcome all attendees to stay after and enjoy a coffee downstairs at the lovely Summertown Studio.
