Jason Parker (Breathwork Facilitator)
Jason is deeply passionate about breathwork, meditation, and connection. His journey of self-discovery began many years ago, inspired by Buddhist principles and shaped by experiences on the island of Bali. Immersed in its karma culture and touched by the love and gratitude of its people, Jason learned to see the world through a different lens—one of compassion, balance, and deeper self-awareness.
With three years being a student in men’s work, Jason discovered a profound passion for self-love and vulnerability. This path not only deepened his understanding of mindfulness but also revealed his purpose: to guide others in experiencing peace, self-regulation, and clarity amidst life’s challenges.
A lifelong connection to the ocean, cultivated through competitive bodyboarding from the age of 15, anchors Jason in nature's rhythm and solitude. The ocean serves as his sanctuary, a source of reflection and grounding, inspiring him to help others reconnect with themselves and their environment.
Breathwork has become the center-piece of Jason’s mission. With plans to study healing and somatic breathwork in 2025, he is committed to deepening his understanding of how the body and breath work together to release trauma, unlock potential, and cultivate lasting transformation.
Aware that this is just the beginning of his journey, Jason embraces the endless opportunities to learn and grow. He believes in making practices like breathwork, meditation, and connection accessible to all, empowering others to discover their own balance, purpose, and inner strength
